Haemangioma
Haemangioma are usually formed from a collection of blood vessels in increased amounts. They appear as red or red-blue, usually raised, skin spots. They are benign and do not require treatment. However, like all skin spots, if they suddenly increase in size they should be reviewed by your doctor.
